You can perform full-stretch seesaw exercises with our Pulley systems. This foreign made Pulley is somewhat rough, but helps make this system very economical. Pulley systems in general give you the hardest exercises (perfect to train your core muscles), as one has to use the core to stabilize.
Thanks to the ingenious (and simple) Prusik knot, length adjustments are as simple as sliding the knot up and down the rope. Once one loads the knot (perform an exercise) the knot locks onto the rope without slipping.
